What Causes Dis-Ease

WHAT CAUSES DIS-EASE?

When there is an imbalance in the body, something is not working right so an illness or "dis-ease" or symptoms develop. The word "dis-ease" literally means (dis) or "not at ease". There are five basic causes of dis-ease.

  1. Your body is getting toxins from the food, water and air.
  2. Mechanical falls or accidents that affect the physical body.
  3. Your body is exposed to temperature that is too cold or too hot.
  4. Your body is suffering from nutritional deficiencies.
  5. Your body is trapped in mental and/or emotional trauma or stress.

In my opinion, illness is caused from one or a combination of these five things.

In the book by Richard Walker,
BODY, AN AMAZING TOUR OF HUMAN ANATOMY under a subtitle "Did You Know?, it is stated "Your tongue does more than just detect sweet, sour, salty, and bitter tastes. It has pain detectors (nociceptors) that are stimulated by capsaicin, a substance released by hot chili peppers. So the hot feeling you get from peppers is actually pain!!! Your tongue also has touch receptors that tell whether the food you are chewing is smooth or rough. Heat detectors (thermoreceptors) register the difference between cold ice cream and a hot baked potato. All these receptors help to make your food more—or less—enjoyable." Since the tongue has only four basic taste buds for salty, sweet, sour and bitter and the PAIN sensation your tongue is stimulated to from hot, spicy foods that cause this pain and inflammation, why would you knowingly want to cause that kind of pain to your body? Hot spices and other vegetables with "irritants" in them were created as natural insecticides and pesticides to keep insects and pests away from our garden fruits and vegetables.

DIET INSTRUCTIONS TO PREVENT SUBLUXATIONS, NEVRE INTERFERENCES,
OR ENERGY CYSTS

As poisons are the chief cause of joint subluxations and thereby nerve interference and/or energy cysts, the common dietary habits that may have a poisonous effect on the human body need to be eliminated. It is suggested that foods that have a burning or irritating effect on the tongue and inside of the mouth should be completely eliminated from the diet.

EXAMPLES OF THESE FOODS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

pepper (black or white), chili, onions, garlic radishes, chives, watercress, mustard greens, mustard, or any other sharp-tasting greens, all spices, the cabbage family, turnips, rutabagas and bell peppers. The volatile oils in these vegetables are acid poisons. Alkaloid poisons that are commonly used are coffee, chocolate and soda pop. There is plenty of salt in every food, so salt need not be added to the food. However, if you do get some hot pepper in food that you are eating away from home, you can add some salt to your mouth to prevent the inflammation and from going to the muscles and causing pain. To avoid metallic poisoning, it is best not to eat food cooked in aluminum or drink water coming through copper pipes. As we only need traces of vitamins that is why they are called "trace" elements. You only need a "trace" of them. Therefore, the overuse and concentration of vitamins in pills and capsules have often turned these nutritional compounds into irritants of the nervous system. Mineral supplements along with calcium supplements sometimes cause arthritis, kidney stones, and gallstones. It is suggested that all non-toxic foods be included in your diet. If you are hungry for one single food item, you should include it in your diet, as that particular food item may contain a nutritional compound in which you are deficient. Exercise caution that you do not eat too much, because any amount of food that is beyond what you have digestive juices to handle will spoil and thus poison your body. It is suggested that you do not drink water while eating food as the water will dilute the salvia and digestive juices and cause your digestive system to be less effective in proper digesting, assimilating, and eliminating of food. Since nerves are nourished by the blood, our blood must be pure and contain all the elements necessary to nourish the nerves and every part of the body. Therefore, any health-destroying foods have to be eliminated from the body. When you peel an onion, why do your eyes water? They water because your eye is trying to wash out the mustard-oil irritant in the onion. You don't even need to put that onion directly in your eye to make you cry. Mustard oil is used as a weapon in warfare. Why would you want to add irritants to your food that IRRITATE the body? Spices were added to foods that were spoiled because of lack of refrigeration. Condiments were added to foods to make spoiled food taste better. Now that we have refrigeration, we can eat organic foods without using spices to adulterate the natural flavors.
